Four Corners Recycling is looking to add a Mechanic Assistant to our hardworking team in Bozeman, MT. This full-time position is essential to improving our efficiency and productivity—and we're excited to find someone who’s motivated, dependable, and ready to get their hands dirty!

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Mechanic Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our shop and help keep our trucks and equipment in top shape. Your responsibilities will include:

• 🚗 Running parts to and from the parts store

• 🛠️ Performing basic maintenance: oil changes, greasing, filter replacements, and inspections (we’ll train you!)

• 🔧 Repairing and replacing semi tires

• 🧹 Maintaining the shop: sweeping floors, emptying trash, general cleaning, organizing, refilling fluids

• 🚛 Moving vehicles: pulling trucks in and out of the shop

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license

• A basic set of hand tools

• Basic mechanical knowledge

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our recycling team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually sorting recyclable materials and operating a skid steer to move and manage materials throughout the facility. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually sort recyclable materials by type (e.g., paper, plastic, metal)

• Operate a skid steer to transport and organize materials

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment

• Experience operating a skid steer (or willingness to learn)
