Job Title: Metal Buyback Specialist

Four Corners Recycling is a locally-owned staple of the Gallatin Valley. With over 25 years in the industry, we are expanding our metal department and looking for reliable, motivated individuals to grow with us.

The Opportunity

No experience with metal? No problem. We provide full, hands-on training. You’ll learn how to identify and grade various metals, operate heavy machinery, and manage transactions in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. 

What You’ll Do

• Expert Grading: Learn to identify and categorize metals into specific grades for purchase.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and specialized recycling machinery.

• Customer Relations: Act as the face of the company, assisting customers with a smooth and friendly buyback process.

• Impact: Directly contribute to local sustainability and the circular economy.

Job Title: Warehouse Employee – Recycling Operations

📍 Bozeman, MT | 🕒 Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our recycling team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually sorting recyclable materials and operating a skid steer to move and manage materials throughout the facility. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually sort recyclable materials by type (e.g., paper, plastic, metal)

• Operate a skid steer to transport and organize materials

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment

• Experience operating a skid steer (or willingness to learn)

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Previous warehouse or recycling experience is a plus

• Drug Testing and Screening Mandatory
